A few years ago, nobody thought that Doug's would ever be anything more than a dream. Doug Heffernan was just an ordinary delivery man for IPS who happened to make spectacular sandwiches, until one day in 2002 when a generous donation from Doug's uncle and a leap of faith made his dream a reality.
